I have worked on projects that required user experience (UX) research and design. UX is a multidisciplinary approach to help organisations craft better experiences improve the usability and accessibility of products or services for users. UX research and design goes beyond aesthetics and functionality and is aimed creating positive connections between users and the digital or physical environments they interact with. As a design practice it includes technical, analytical, and creative dimensions. The central importance of the user means this work engages with people and specific context.
This section of the archive is still being developed. In the meantime you can visit my UX portfolio site for more information on these projects.
